Biography
I am a barrister at Fountain Court Chambers and a visiting research fellow at Goldsmiths, University of London. I have a broad commercial law practice, with a particular interest in the law relating to art and cultural property, and in the law relating to civil fraud and financial crime.
My Fellowship research is at the intersection of these two areas of interest: combatting fraud and financial crime in the global art market. I am currently working on a non-fiction book on this subject.
I also hope to use the Fellowship to study the regulation of the art market in the UK and abroad, and to work with experts and stakeholders to develop proposals for further regulation where it is required.
