I am currently a consultant working with homeless charities across the north-west of England. My Fellowship is about improving the support that we offer to homeless people in the UK. I have worked in the sector for the past decade and have seen the issue get worse and worse every year. I believe that we are now at a critical point and that if we don't change something soon, people are going to lose their lives.

The countries I have chosen to visit have the best rates of homelessness and have projects and initiatives that could be beneficial to our homeless population. Upon my return I will be rallying local and national politicians to implement changes to legislation.
