I'm a careers expert, the creator of The Career Equation and the CEO of Career Matters, a company that empowers employees to have the right career conversations at the right time. I've always been obsessed with people's life stories. I'm very curious about how self-knowledge and character development can enable people to have the maximum positive impact on the world around them.
I've been fortunate to experience a wide range of personal development training that revolutionised my outlook, my approach to life and my self-awareness. I wanted to bring this into the mainstream. My Fellowship focused on the development of positive life skills in the transformational education environment. I went to visit game-changing youth projects to understand how their methods and approaches could transform lives.
Since then, I've applied what I learned in a variety of ways. My book, Your Life Plan, was published by Wiley in 2014. My second book, The Career Equation, came out in 2021. My method has enabled thousands of people to design their ideal career and own their future. I'm very excited about how we might take this work to a global audience.
