Biography
I am a digital and technology associate and the Founder of bloss.m, a social enterprise specialising in girls' and women's education and empowerment. My Fellowship revolves around early intervention programmes for disadvantaged youth and their role in advancing social mobility.
This topic stems from my experience launching the bloss.m Scholars Leadership Academy in 2022. This academy aims to equip African and Caribbean girls in the UK with the skills, knowledge and networks necessary for academic, social and professional success. My passion lies in building a more equitable and inclusive society where all girls, regardless of their background, have access to opportunities to fulfil their potential.
Through my Fellowship, I aim to strengthen the impact of bloss.m by scaling the programme across Greater London and partnering with more schools to engage black girls in the bloss.m Scholars programme as well as creating an online hub of research, findings, case studies and blueprints for organisations and educational institutions to utilise.
