June 2026 Fellows' update: Sonia Shaljean
Sonia Shaljean (CF 2025) and the work of Lads Need Dads featured in a BBC One documentary presented by Sir Gareth Southgate, exploring the challenges facing boys and young men.
The programme included the organisation’s LADPODs pilot at Bromfords School in Essex, an early intervention programme supporting boys growing up without a consistent, positive male role model.
