Terri-Anne Hamer (CF 2025) presented at the Consortium for Therapeutic Communities’ annual international conference, sharing work from the Voices of Care Leavers project and exploring how care-experienced people's lives are documented in records and narratives.
She also shared learning from her Churchill Fellowship, Breaking Cycles, Building Futures, and her work to develop The Lifelong Village, a model of lifelong support, connection, and community for care-experienced parents.
